On behalf of the Organizing Committee of 11th Euro Fed Lipid Congress we have the privilege of welcoming you to Antalya. This meeting will be another great opportunity to discuss various aspects of lipids with people from Europe and beyond in the beautiful Mediterranean city of Antalya. In this specialized scientific gathering, delegates will have the chance for fruitful discussions on state-of-the-art knowledge and applications in wide a range of lipid related disciplines. The congress will address 16 different topics on fats and oils and the venue will give ample opportunities to network with professionals from academia and industry. Discussions on scientific and technological developments in fats and oils, special sessions relating to olive, palm, rapeseed, sunflower, marine, microbial and microalgae oils, processing and process related problems, health and disease issues associated to lipids, sustainability, and many others will take place during this congress. We will meet in a city that attracts over 30 million international visitors per year. Antalya is known world wide for its sunny beaches and numerous historical sites such as Aspendos, Myra and Perge. It is a popular tourist destination throughout the year and has average temperature of 26°C in October.
